To everyone (like me) in the vicinity of this system take care, hope you got everything sorted and remember once the system has passed, if it's flooded, forget it. Emergency services will have enough to do without needing to rescue people from their own stupidity. Check on your neighbour, particularly if they are elderly and make sure they are safe.

Bit like watching paint dry isn't it ? We're as ready as we can be , and up high on a hill thank goodness , so .......... just waiting.
Good neighbours here, and plenty of older folk with experience , so no panicking .

All bets off if the thing intensifies though.
