Tyre Gauges

Jonesy:
I have ended up with two tyre gauges/deflators.

Bushranger 3 in 1 Tyre gauge and deflator http://www.bushranger.com.au/3_in_1_tyregauge.php#.VYj8k1ODFXg
&
Kwiki Tyre deflator http://www.4wdsupacentre.com.au/tyre-deflator-kwiky.html

The first I bought and the second was a MUX warming gift.

Do I need both or is one better than the other?

Anyone with first-hand experience with these I love to hear your thoughts.

I think the most important thing with a gauge is that it is consistent in it's readings, so I would just pick one and stick to using that all the time.

Andrew,

I have an abr sidewinder gauge - and its exactly the same as the bushranger gauge you've got.

Works great and is accurate.....i actually realised that my old gauge was reading waaaaaay out when i first used this gauge.

I cannot comment on the other gauge......I would probably try both and see if the readings differ.....if not stick with the 1 you prefer or is easier to use

Which one do you chose if the the pressures do differ??? Which one is wrong???

BMux:
My ARB gauge is spot on with my local service station's gauge. It was also spot on with ARB compressor and the fancy gauge they had at the IVenture course.

Perhaps try your gauge's out with a local service station or two, or go to a tyre dealer and see if they will let you compare it to theirs? My local Bridgestone shop is super helpful like that.
