Chemo. Has anyone else in this gone through this?
mewgaf:
I sold my vc wagon just last year. I had it in the garage for agage looking for somebody that collects them, anyway a guy i know bought it. Strangely it still brings a tear to the eye. I remember having a torana a9x and a similar trip from camberra to cairns. It was snowing in Canberra and got into my grandparents in Brisbane in the afternoon and stayed the night than left Brisbane and hit cairns that arvo. I remember cairns having a jetty and about 6 shops. My things have changed.
No fuel on Sundays no fuel after dark, pubs shut at 12 on Sundays 20c beers and if I hunt up my fuel log books for my cars I could find fuel prices and mpg for each trip.
Should make an effort and get out of bed and go get warm and watch a movie :)
Cheers

Mark, sorry to hear what you are going through. Mate you probably have already figured this stuff out but when in public stay right away from anyone who coughs or sneezes. Try not to touch any door handles(a bit hard I know), railings and handles. If your temperature goes up consult your doctor. And if you start feeling unwell and think it’s a bit more serious than normal(for you) Don’t feel bad about calling an Ambulance. You are unwell and you need some support and reassurance. Hope you get through it ASAP.
Cheers Shane

Hi thanks
Friday did another chemo session, one to go yay. Results looking good, another 6-7 months of treatments boo.
Looking for a van or really a black out box with a bed that will go anywhere that is really light. I have seen the bruder exp-4 and like it but expensive. I'm thinking of making something and have been looking at areo effective shapes and drag of towing. So if I go down this path I will get somebody to manufacture a chassis to my specs and get either a laser cut body to my spec and put it togther or just get body panels and cut it myself. Goal weight around 750kg. Suspension travel 12" self levelling air bag.
This winter I plan to stay up on the Sunshine Coast to see if I can get some form of fitness back
