<< < (2/2)

Hello Chunky, I have  2017 MUX 4X2 LS-T insured for $44000 agreed value with $500 excess for $464 payable by the month with no extra charge.Only catch is you must be over 50 which I well and truly am.

Chunky:
G'day rexyb, and yes I'm also on the wrong side of 50.  What company are you with if I may ask?

cheers

Dunc

No!  I decided to go with the cheapest standard coverage and accept the fact that if I breakdown somewhere very remote I have no insurance coverage.  In 52 years of driving I've never had a breakdown outside a metropolitan area.

AAMI - platinum rating
Last 12 month renewal = $360.59 (July '17)
Sum insured = $42,700. (I don't have much in the way of accessories)
Excess = $2200.
Location = ACT.

Just got my renewal from AAMI.

12 month Premium = $379.30
Sum insured = $38,900

Seems reasonable although the value isn't as good as last year. Lower sum insured and higher premium. Agreed value of $38,900 is probably about right.

Cheers
Martin
